A safe room is a small space designed to protect people during extreme wind. Insulated concrete forms make it practical to build thick, continuous reinforced concrete walls, in new homes or as part of a larger building.
Safe rooms and shelters are built to published standards and reviewed by the local building official, so design matters as much as materials. We support builders with forms, reinforcement and delivery planning for those engineered designs.

About icf safe rooms and storm shelters
Is every ICF room a safe room?
No. A safe room must be designed, detailed and built to a recognized standard, including the door, roof and anchorage. An ICF wall alone does not make it one.
Can a safe room be added to a new home?
Yes. It is often easiest to plan one during design, so the walls, roof and door fit the floor plan.
Do you ask for a deposit just to talk?
No. Talking about a project, a takeoff and a quote are part of how we work. Orders are placed under a written quote you approve.
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. Your request stays with our team.
