A custom home is a long-term investment, and in Florida it also has to survive storm season. ICF walls give architects and builders a way to draw almost any design while knowing the structure behind the finish is reinforced concrete.
We work with builders from the first set of drawings: confirming wall heights and openings, planning the pour, lining up the windows, doors and flashing that belong in the same wall, and scheduling deliveries around the jobsite.

About icf custom homes
Can ICF homes look like any other home?
Yes. Once the walls are finished with stucco, stone, brick or siding, an ICF house looks like any other home. The difference is in the wall behind the finish.
Can I use ICF for only part of the house?
Yes. Some builders use ICF for the first floor, the garage, a safe room or the whole structure. The right mix depends on the design and the engineer.
Do you ask for a deposit just to talk?
No. Talking about a project, a takeoff and a quote are part of how we work. Orders are placed under a written quote you approve.
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. Your request stays with our team.
