Commercial owners care about schedule, durability and how a building behaves in a storm. ICF walls give a continuous reinforced concrete structure that goes up with a small crew and can support large openings, storefronts and loading doors.
We help commercial builders and design teams with form layouts, takeoffs and delivery planning, and we connect the walls to the rest of the envelope: impact storefront systems, rebar and fluid-applied air and water barriers.

About icf commercial buildings
Can ICF handle tall commercial walls?
Yes, within engineered limits. Taller walls need the right core thickness, reinforcement and bracing, all specified by the engineer of record.
Does ICF work with storefront glass?
Yes. Openings are formed with bucks, and storefront systems are anchored into the concrete according to the product approval and the engineer.
Do you ask for a deposit just to talk?
No. Talking about a project, a takeoff and a quote are part of how we work. Orders are placed under a written quote you approve.
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. Your request stays with our team.
