Every pipe, conduit, vent and fixture that passes through a wall is a hole. Liquid applied flashing fills those gaps and wraps the penetration in a flexible membrane that bonds to both the pipe and the wall.
Because it is applied as a liquid, it fits odd shapes and clustered penetrations that tape struggles with. We help builders plan these details, and order the right materials, before the finish crew arrives.

About penetration and joint sealing
Does liquid flashing work on irregular shapes?
Yes. Because it is applied wet, it conforms to pipes, boxes and odd corners.
Does it bond to plastic and metal pipes?
Many products do, but check compatibility with the specific pipe and sealant.
Do you ask for a deposit just to talk?
No. Talking about a project, a takeoff and a quote are part of how we work. Orders are placed under a written quote you approve.
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. Your request stays with our team.
