Most leaks in a new building start at an opening. Liquid applied flashing coats the sill, jambs and head of the rough opening in a continuous membrane, so there are no taped corners to fail and no gaps behind the window.
It works with concrete, ICF, block, wood and metal framing, and it is applied before the window is set. We help builders select compatible products and coordinate the order with the window and door package.

About window and door opening flashing
Does flashing work with impact windows?
Yes. Impact windows are installed in a flashed opening like any other window, following the product approval and the manufacturer’s instructions.
Does the flashing need to be compatible with the sealant?
Yes. Check that the membrane, the sealant and the window finish are compatible.
Do you ask for a deposit just to talk?
No. Talking about a project, a takeoff and a quote are part of how we work. Orders are placed under a written quote you approve.
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. Your request stays with our team.
