Composite bars cannot be heated and bent in the field like steel. Every hook, hoop, stirrup and corner is formed at the factory, so the shapes have to be on the order before the bars are made.
We turn bar schedules into clear shape lists with dimensions, counts and tags, so that what arrives on site matches the drawing. It is a small step that avoids a big delay.

About bent bars, stirrups and custom shapes
Why can’t GFRP be bent on site?
The resin and fibers are set, and bending them in the field can damage the bar. Shapes are formed during manufacturing.
How long do shapes take?
It depends on the shape and the quantity. Order early and tell us your pour date.
Do you ask for a deposit just to talk?
No. Talking about a project, a takeoff and a quote are part of how we work. Orders are placed under a written quote you approve.
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. Your request stays with our team.
