Water finds the weak spots in a new building: the corners, the joints and the openings. Liquid applied flashing is brushed, rolled or sprayed on as a liquid and cures into a seamless, flexible, fully bonded membrane with no laps to fail.
We work with builders to plan flashing along with the walls and openings, so every critical detail is covered before the windows go in and the stucco goes on, when it costs the least effort and protects the most.

About new construction waterproofing
What is liquid applied flashing?
A liquid membrane that cures into a seamless, flexible layer, used at openings, joints and wall surfaces to block water and air.
Is it only for openings?
No. Many products are also used as a fluid-applied air and water barrier on whole wall surfaces.
Do you ask for a deposit just to talk?
No. Talking about a project, a takeoff and a quote are part of how we work. Orders are placed under a written quote you approve.
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. Your request stays with our team.
