Stucco and masonry are durable finishes, but water can still get behind them, and a clean path for that water to drain out is part of the design. A liquid applied membrane on the substrate gives stucco and veneer a continuous, flexible layer behind them.
We help builders coordinate the membrane with the lath, the stucco crew and the masons, so the layers are installed in the right order and the transitions at openings are clean.

About flashing behind stucco and masonry
Is a barrier required behind stucco?
Often. Codes and the stucco manufacturer set the requirements for each wall type.
Does it work over block walls?
Yes. Fluid-applied membranes bond well to masonry and concrete when properly prepared.
Do you ask for a deposit just to talk?
No. Talking about a project, a takeoff and a quote are part of how we work. Orders are placed under a written quote you approve.
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. Your request stays with our team.
