A flashing membrane works only where it is continuous. Quality assurance means checking the substrate before application, checking thickness and coverage during, and walking every opening afterward.
We help builders set up a simple inspection routine, with checklists for prep, coverage and cure, and photographs for the project file, so there is a record of how the building envelope was built.

About flashing quality assurance
What does a good inspection check?
A clean, dry substrate, full coverage with no pinholes, correct thickness, and proper overlap with adjoining layers.
Can I get a checklist?
Yes. Ask and we will share a simple opening-by-opening checklist.
Do you ask for a deposit just to talk?
No. Talking about a project, a takeoff and a quote are part of how we work. Orders are placed under a written quote you approve.
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. Your request stays with our team.
